Our 1 Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from purchase. (Doesn’t cover misuse, improper install, or normal wear.)
I am a fan of this product, and became an even bigger fan once I received and installed it. It is a bit expensive, but made from metal and built to last. It will likely outlive the cart itself. Most importantly, it created useful (and much needed) storage space from an otherwise dead area between my golf bags and the back of the cart. Equally beneficial - it helps my golf bags to stand more upright and secure, eliminating the issue I was having with my golf bag/straps coming loose from all the wiggle room.
