BA Parts Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 29, 2025

BA Carts LLC, doing business as BA Parts (“BA Parts,” “BA Carts LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the online retail store located at shopbaparts.com. BA Parts is the official online retail division of BA Carts LLC.

We build and sell high-quality products and stand behind what we offer. That said, if you choose to return an item, the following policy applies.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging (when possible)

2. Return Shipping Responsibility

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs.

3. Refund Deductions

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus the following:

  • 10% Restocking Fee
  • 3% Credit Card Processing Fee

These deductions apply to all returns.

4. Product Inspection & Damage

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Returned products must:

  • Be in unused, uninstalled condition
  • Have no scratches, damage, or signs of use
  • Include all original hardware and components

If the product is damaged during return shipping or arrives in used or altered condition, the cost of the damage will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used products
  • Electrical components that show signs of installation
  • Custom-built or custom powder-coated items
  • Products modified in any way

7. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@shopbaparts.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
