1. Business Identity & Representation

BA Carts LLC is a legally registered business entity.

BA Parts is a trade name (“doing business as”) of BA Carts LLC and is not a separate legal entity.

The Online Store located at shopbaparts.com is owned and operated by BA Carts LLC and exists solely to sell products directly to consumers and approved dealers.

We do not misrepresent our business identity, ownership, or relationship to the products sold on this Online Store.

2. Online Store Platform

Our Online Store is powered by Shopify, which provides the underlying e-commerce technology allowing us to offer products and Services for direct purchase.

Shopify is a third-party service provider and is not responsible for the products sold through our Online Store.

3. Eligibility & Use of Services

By using the Services, you represent that you:

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
