BA Parts Shipping Policy

BA Carts LLC, doing business as BA Parts (“BA Parts,” “BA Carts LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the online retail store located at shopbaparts.com. BA Parts is the official online retail division of BA Carts LLC.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchased through our website.


1. Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing time includes:

  • Order verification

  • Picking and packing

  • Quality check prior to shipment

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Some products may have longer processing times due to:

  • Made-to-order manufacturing

  • Custom powder coating

  • High order volume

If a product has an extended lead time, this will be noted on the product page or communicated after purchase.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

BA Parts ships using reputable carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS

Shipping method is selected based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Order value

  • Destination

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders

  • Flat-rate shipping on certain products

  • Freight shipping for oversized items

Dealer and wholesale orders may have different shipping terms, which are communicated separately.


4. Freight & Oversized Items

Some products are too large or heavy to ship via standard parcel services and require freight shipping.

For freight shipments:

  • Delivery is typically curbside only

  • Customer is responsible for unloading

  • Liftgate service may be included or available for an additional fee

Freight delivery appointments are coordinated by the carrier. Missed appointments may result in additional charges billed to the customer.


5. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

BA Parts is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong location due to customer error

If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.


7. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

BA Parts is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Peak shipping seasons

  • Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Do not install or use damaged products before contacting us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BA Parts is not responsible for theft.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim when applicable.


9. International Shipping

At this time, BA Parts primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
