Solid item, easy to install, instructions clear, does a great job holding the phone. Matches well and happy with my purchase.
What would it take to get 5-stars:
1. Needs a drain hole. No one wants to put their phone in a puddle
2. Needs something on the bottom so things don't slide around
3. Too pricey for what it is. Its a $20 item, at best.

Fit right in and works perfectly with easy install. In my case the cutout from left to right was a little larger that expected so only a small part of the side adheasive tape was touching, but so far all good and matched nicely.

Great replacement
I wish that it used the same holes as the ball holder to screw down into place. Would have a better fit and finish. Otherwise perfect.
