The GLD4 is our flagship, four-speaker plug-n-play audio system for the Evolution D2 line of golf carts — built for owners who want the absolute best sound without cutting a single wire. Compatible with both the Plus (touchscreen) and Pro (no touchscreen) models, the GLD4 installs cleanly using factory mounting points and delivers a true surround-sound experience.
A 150-watt Memphis MX150.2 marine amplifier powers four Hertz HEX 6.5” marine speakers — two in the dash and two mounted behind you in our BA Rear Speaker Box, which bolts directly to the frame. With sound firing forward, upward, and reflecting off the roof, the GLD4 fills the entire cart with clean, balanced audio that front and rear passengers hear equally well.
You can choose the standard GLD4 (no LEDs) or upgrade to the GLD4 LED Package, which adds LED speaker lighting and full Underglow lighting — all plug-and-play, all controlled from your phone. If you want big, clean sound and the option to turn your Evolution into a rolling light show, this is the system.

2025 Forester 6 Plus....Went with the GLD4 up-grade that runs through the original head unit.. No LED lights or speaker lights. The whole system installs very clean and sounds 100% better then just the original two front speakers. It could use a little more push on the bass side, but it's still not that bad...and I understood that when I bought this system. I spoke to Eric before I purchased this, he was a great help. If I want to up-grade to something else later I suppose I could, but I'm happy with what I've got. (Eric said that they could help with that as well.) I just wanted some better sound, not a concert hall on wheels... All is good.

Worth the effort!
Install was easier than expected. Grommet for the hole in back cover did not fit, but that is minor. Great sound overall, but rear speakers really make the floor speakers kind of irrelevant. Great System for this purpose.
