I had an advertisement pop up for “The Adventurer (The Fully Loaded BA
CartRack™ Loadout)” their exact words. The pic shown on the cover photo shows the rack and all attachments. Description says nothing about not coming with the actual rack. When I opened the box it doesn’t have a rack so I go look at my order and have to do some digging. Finally see the 3rd pic that you have to scroll to, to even read that it doesn’t come with a rack which is another $450. So I go to return and see I’m responsible for shipping cost and 10% restocking fee and another 3% credit card fee. Convenient since they want to make money on their misleading ad. I can’t get anyone on the phone to see if they will help me with the return. So I either keep the stuff I can’t use or pay them to take back the product they scammed me on. Poor business. Sad they can’t just be clear from the start and run an honest business.

The adventurer loadout was a great add on to the CartRack. Having a lockbox, chair rack, drink cups and fishing rod holders plus the web cover, makes my cart so much more functional. Easy to assemble and really well made
